What does the Link Franchise include?
Exclusively protected rights to: the Link name/trademark, our operating system, our support and a designated market area (territory).
What is the franchise fee?
$17,000
How much capital is required?
Including the initial franchise fee, cost of leasing office space, furniture and equipment, signage, computer hardware, telephones, etc., the recommended available capital is $85,500 to $156,000. Costs may vary depending on location and other variables.

How long has Link been in business?
The company was founded in 1980 and began franchising in 1994.
Will I have an exclusive territory?
Yes. Your exclusive territory will be based on geography and business and population demographics.
How quickly can I get started?
An office can be up and running approximately 90 days after the franchise agreement has been finalized.
May I sell my Link franchise?
Yes, when certain conditions are met.
What type of financing does Link offer?
Although we do not provide financing of the initial investment or start-up costs, we do assist our franchisees by funding 100% of the temporary employees' payroll and insurance costs and advancing 100% of the clients' accounts receivable. If desired, funding of working capital may be available through major financial institutions (not associated with Link Staffing Services).
What type of support will I receive?
From the moment you elect to travel down the road of discovering our opportunity you will find us working for you. We offer site selection assistance, formal training, sales/marketing support, cutting edge technology, superior risk management services, credit and collection services, payroll funding for the temporary workforce and the benefit of affiliation with our company and franchise network.
Will Link assist with site selection?
Yes. We encourage you to utilize the expertise of our staff to advise and assist you, but the final decision is yours.
Is experience in the staffing industry required?
No. Many of our franchisees have enjoyed prior success in various roles and industries, such as: sales/marketing/business development, customer service and human resources.
