Before you open, during your opening and while you are growing your business, Link will provide you with access to "cutting-edge" training curriculums and methodologies.

The purpose of the Link Training Department is to maximize the performance of Link Franchisees and their employees by providing learning opportunities and tools for success. Training is responsible for evaluating employee and organizational needs, creating and delivering instruction, and measuring return on investment to show impact on the bottom line.

Training is held at the Link Learning Center in Houston and in the field.
