Branch Manager - Houston, Tx
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing and managing client relationships, building LINK’s business, hire, train, and coaching branch personnel and act as key contact between the client, the branch and Link Support Center.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Works to dominate the high-end industrial business in designated market
- Develops and build client relationships
- Fills client orders for field staff promptly and according to our commitment
- Ensures that arrival calls, first day and weekly quality checks are performed
- Visits all active and inactive clients according to established policy
- Assists in sales development with the market by expanding client usage through internal sales
- Implements established Risk Management Systems
- Learns, performs and manages all aspects of the operations of the company related to the use of the telephone, recruiting, selection, interviewing, and placement of field staff.
- Hires, trains, coaches and mentors all branch personnel
- Manages the office profitability
- Assists the Credit Department in the collection of receivables
- Learns Link’s proprietary software program
- Selects, trains, and provides an environment for individual development of each staff member
- Assigns all branch responsibilities to branch personnel in writing
- Provides written work schedules four (4) weeks in advance of the current week for office personnel
- Establishes monthly and annual goals and develop strategies to achieve those goals
- Acts as additional salesperson/CSR when required, recruits, selects, interviews field staff employees
- Resolves issues for clients, branch personnel and field staff
