U.S. Staffing Companies Gaining Over Previous Year

The next couple years are expected to bring an even bigger boost to staffing companies. Employment placement agencies, temporary help services and professional employer organizations are reported to reach 5.1 million U.S. jobs by 2014 (according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics).
Recent data released by the American Staffing Association also shows that U.S. staffing companies employed an average of 2.9 million temporary employees per business day during the third quarter of 2012. That’s approximately 4.3% growth over the third quarter of 2011. Temporary staffing and contract staffing sales also grew almost 6% year-over-year. (source: ASA Newsroom)
